Sundays are for dreaming! And this beautiful home is definitely high up on the forever home dreams list! 6.5 years ago my Husband and I purchased an adorable late 70's bungalow that needed some work. A wedding, two children, and a new business later and we haven't tackled as much as we would have liked. (bedrooms and bathrooms were a must!) We've spent more time enjoying our life together, growing our family, spending time with friends a...nd family to focus on updating our house. It's got some quirks for sure, but it's a fantastic family home. Ask any of our friends and they will all say it reminds them of their childhood and family. And although as a designer I am dying to update everything, I look around everyday and feel at home...and really that's all that matters (yellow countertops and all!) Still, Peter and I have dreams. We plan on growing our family further and we will definitely outgrow this house when that happens. Don't be surprised if our future home pulls inspiration from this one!
