I have a question for everyone and need as many answers as possible for an upcoming video. Would you buy a vehicle by researching online only? This is something Tesla does with its vehicles. With all the information available online and peoples general dislike of salespeople and the process of buying, is it a good idea for other Automakers to follow suit? What would make or break the deal for you. (Disclaimer, I understand there are some good sales people, but there a lot are bad)
