Following the government’s decision today, the gym will be closed as of Saturday January 9th at 8pm for 4 weeks. 4 weeks will be added to memberships that are still active. Sorry for the inconvenience.

All clients of North Gym will have to wear a mask when entering, exiting and moving around the gym as of Saturday July 18 2020. When you are at a station or using cardio equipment, you may remove the mask while you’re doing your exercise. I will be home July 17 and I will have to refuse access to the gym for anyone who doesn’t have a mask. It’s a provincial regulation so I don’t have any choice and I apologize for any inconvenience. I hope this mask thing is a short term measure.

Here's a few reminders for the opening of North Gym tomorrow: -Wash your hands with the sanitizer provided in the porch before entering -Clean equipment and weights before and after use with the cleaning solution provided... -Spray the cleaning solution on the paper towel and not directly on the equipment -DO NOT SPRAY THE SCREENS ON THE CARDIO EQUIPMENT, IT COULD RUIN THE MACHINE -Respect social distancing as much as possible Thank you for your understanding, be safe and have fun

North gym will finally be reopening on Monday at 5 am. 3 months will be added to customers who are entitled to the extension. Time will also be added to cards who have expired between March 15 2020 to June 21 2020 so they don’t lose time they already have paid for. I’m also looking for someone to clean the gym.
