Hi everyone! Unfortunately, due to the rapidly evolving Covid-19 situation, we will be shutting our doors until further notice. We encourage everyone to keep up training at home and staying active. We will be back in business as soon as we can. Stay healthy and hopeful!

Hello everyone! I wanted to let everyone who is training with us know that we are going to continue with our regular schedule unless there are local school closures due to the virus.. We will monitor the situation and focus on our health. If you feel sick take time off. Make sure you are healthy before visiting your older friends and family. As of now the risk here is low so lets continue to live and enjoy training in case we have to shut down for a couple months in the event of local cases. Best wishes everyone!
