Hello, We hope this email finds you and your family doing well. With the gradual re-opening of BC, we are excited to reopen the clinic for in person visits. As always, our top priority is the safety and health of everyone. We have been following the guidance of the provincial health officer, BC Center for Disease Control, WorkSafe BC, and OsteopathyBC to make the recommended changes to minimize the spread of COVID-19. Some of these changes include (but are not limited to): p...re-screening phone calls for appointments, enhanced cleaning protocols, wearing masks for in person visits, changing masks and clothing between sessions, and increasing the window between sessions to decrease time spent in common areas. We will be asking clients not to come in if they: -Have been abroad in the last 14 days. -Have any of the following symptoms: fever, cough, difficulty breathing, diarrhea, loss of smell or taste in the previous 14 days. -Have tested positive for COVID-19 in the last month or be waiting for the results of a test. -Have been in contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 for less than 14 days. If quarantine has been required, it must have been completed. We will also be asking clients to wear a mask for the duration of their treatment as well as any other form of personal protection equipment (PPE) they need to feel comfortable and safe.
