The Leather Couch Oud Bruin 2021. 11.2% abv 27 IBU... Limited 650ml bottles Available in the tasting room. This labour of love started as a Belgian dark strong. Aged in a red wine barrel with the addition of brettanomyces originally from the Flanders region this beer has transformed into an extraordinary old ale that lacks the typical sourness and instead presents notes of whiskey, sherry and dried dark fruit. Barrel Aged Checkmate . 10% ABV . Tucked away for a year in a fresh bourbon whiskey barrel, our signature barrel aged Baltic Porter is perfect to sip, savour and share over the holiday season. This limited release has notes of whiskey, toasted oak, coconut and vanilla. Best swirled in the glass and allowed to breathe before every sip to showcase all of its intricate character.
