Due to the road closure at 100th Street and the train tracks, traffic control is advising everyone to access the clinic via the MEADOW HEIGHTS SUBDIVISION, off of the West Bypass. Please allow extra time to get to the clinic, and expect delays.

Important notice for everyone with appointments tomorrow! The railroad tracks at 100th St will be closed starting at 7am tomorrow. To get to the clinic: Motorists are advised that detour routes using 116 Street and the West Bypass will be in effect throughout the closure.

Here are a couple of our recent meowy visitors, LB and Hassel, both in for vaccines and wellness exams to get all tuned up for spring!

‘Champ’ was in recently for the removal of a stick that had impaled him while playing fetch. The stick was stuck in his body, entering under his tongue and extending all the way down to his shoulder. The stick was very, very close to his major vessels, but thankfully managed to JUST miss hitting them. ‘Champ’ was induced under general anesthesia and Dr. Sydney Spitzer safely removed the large portion of stick (see picture 3), as well as some smaller pieces of wood. A drain was placed for a few days to ensure that no fluid built up in the space after surgery. A couple weeks later, ‘Champ’s sutures were all removed he healed up great and we are so happy with the awesome outcome for this friendly and happy boy.

Welcome to the world! On Monday we celebrated our first bovine c-section of 2021! This healthy bull calf was delivered via Caesarean section here at the clinic by Dr. Perry Spitzer!

Here is sweet ‘Porscha’ the Pitbull X showing off her sit pretty trick for us while here at the clinic for an exam! We love to use treats and fun to make your pet’s experience as happy as possible while they’re with us!
