Why we’re staying home. Hopefully, many of you will have noticed that there aren’t any active links for registration again this week. (I say hopefully because that means you’re looking for them.) We are going to keep our gathering to online for the next TWO weeks for a few reasons. 1. We want to do our part to make things safer. The people elected to oversee our safety have made it clear that things aren’t okay. Though we have been given liberty to meet because we encoura...ge stringent measures to keep people safe, we have an opportunity to stand with those charged with our health and safety to do our part. 2. We can still gather virtually. We will continue to create Services for you to gather around online. Let’s be honest... it’s not the same as being together live. But we can continue to be intentional about worshiping and gathering around the Word. 3. When we eventually exit this extended season of COVID, we want to be able to say that we were a part of the solution, not a part of the problem. What can you do to avoid isolation - for yourself and for others? 1. CHECK-IN with those you know and love. This Sunday, we’re going to walk you through an activity that leads to an action plan for connection. 2. REACH OUT when you’re struggling. It doesn’t matter why you’re feeling off, all that matters is that you don’t stay in that spot. 3. Find something to look forward to. Start with looking forward to our next, live Services on Saturday, Nov.28 & Sunday, Nov.29!
