Help lend a hand at the Jordie Lunn Bike Park

Who else is looking forward to summer days at the park? Our Volunteer group have been very busy this off-season doing what is needed to keep the park running year after year. Our banner sponsorship program has been a massive success, but we are still looking for five more companies to step up and fill our boards and help us reach our funding targets. With more rain in the forecast, it looks like we need to call the park closed for the season. Thanks again to everyone who helps us keep the doors open! See you all in 2021!

More progress on our viewing deck this weekend by an awesome group of volunteers. The first coats of paint got put on the deck and structure. All that is left is the railing and brackets! Get excited to pull up a chair on this next season! If you have basic carpentry or painting experience and would like to help out, shoot us a message or an email at [email protected]

Wow, what an incredible day of progress on our viewing deck! Thank you @durwest_construction_mgmt for coming out and doing an absolute mountain of work of work. They were the best people to work with, all of them problem solvers with a smile ear to ear all day long. We can’t thank all of them enough! A second thank you to the companies who have been purchasing our banners which was used to pay for the materials to keep this project moving towards completion. There are still tons of banner spaces up for grabs! Contact us if you interested in purchasing.

Hung up a few more banners over the weekend for @oakbaybikes and @brentwoodbikes . We are so excited to have great bike shops stepping up to help support the park. @oakbaybikes is one of the oldest and largest shops in Victoria. Their staff is always great to work with. They also now do online orders and local delivery. @brentwoodbikes may be new to the block but they are stepping up in a big way be being the first company to buy two banners. On any Sunday you can find Shane the owner at volunteer dig days across Victoria working longer and harder than anyone else. Thank you both!
