Halibut in a creamy chive sauce with a touch of pimenton. A simple sauce for your kids if they do not like fish. I hear so many people say they do not like fis...h, fish is a great food and healthy. I served this with some broccoli and mashed spuds. The sauce, same as making a parsley sauce. 1 finely chopped onion in a pan 500ml of full fat milk Thumb sized piece of grated parmesan cheese handful of chopped chives Some sea salt and ground pepper A little pimenton Add above to the milk, bring to the boil, then leave to stand for about half an hour. Sieve the sauce into another pan Thicken with some cornflour and water or make a roux Add a few more chopped chives Add a few drops of lemon juice That's it really. :)
