If your lacking motivation or you have been off track lately Monday is a great day to turn it around. 1. PREPARE. Figure out your week and set a daily alarm to workout. Take 60 min for yourself to train hard and mentally step away, you will feel way better after. 2. HOLD YOURSELF ACCOUNTABLE. This is a big one and can’t be stressed enough. There are a million reasons to not workout right now, stress...family...motivation....equipment. Stop letting yourself off the hook.... 3. Focus on what you CAN control, not what you CANT 80% of success is just showing up! @northshoreathleticclub #fitness #mondaymotivation

Accountability is everything when it comes to nutrition. You can know the ins and outs of everything but if you don’t have anyone to keep you in check your one bad weekend away from falling completely off the wagon. This is me currently staying ACCOUNTABLE after counting my macros and logging them into myfitnesspal for 6 weeks. 185 P 325C 83F per day. Im 5’11 and currently weight 189 in the morning and about 191/192 at the end of the day after all my meals, training on averag...e 1-2 times per day. Don’t wait until the warm weather comes to achieve the body you want, start working towards it now. We’re hitting another nutrition challenge starting Monday Feb 3 here at Northshore.
