After a month of hard work and finally returning to the sport we’re thrilled to be preparing for the first session of the DRIVE AAU Circuit this upcoming weekend In these new norms, we are simply looking forward to competing again and are excited to see how well our players have developed so far! #playBETTER
Isometric lunge + pulse Works on dynamic stability, balance and leg strength. The goal is to lift front and back leg off the ground every 5 seconds while moving the upper body as little as possible. Try to keep torso upright while not using hands on quads for support #getSTRONGER
Dual Ball Reflex Drill One partner stays stationary and passes. The other partner moves to catch and pass back each ball before the second bounce. Do these steps continuously in rhythm to improve coordination and quickness
