Showing up can be hard. Whether it’s showing up for yourself, even in your lowest times, or showing up for others, the act of doing so can be difficult but transformative if done consistently. As @brenebrown says vulnerability is not winning or losing, it’s having the courage to show up and be seen even when we have no control of the outcome. These days, it’s quite normal to wake up and feel like there is a mountain of tasks and hardship in front of you. But if you take at least one extra step everyday... you will soon find yourself with an incredible view from the top!!! #inspiringcommunities #brenebrownquotes #communitypower #northsiderising
