: Back at it with dryland and skill training starting on June 22! During this time, our athletes will be required to provide pre-screening information prior to every session and abide by Northstar’s RTP guidelines. Let’s get to work!

PLAYER SPOTLIGHT: Today is a brief feature on the process of work that two very talented guards are going through with the Northstar Academy. Kobe Alejo: Excellent speed and body control allows him to change directions quickly on the snap and keep defenders off balance by switching from on-to-off-rhythm set-ups. Joaquin Joaqx Ong: Using length, misdirection and footwork to bait and freeze defenders with hesitations and a rocker-step combo into multiple finishes.... Proper training is not a one-size-fits-all solution. Different strengths, sizes and styles all require different skill sets.
