Great review from Manninder... "I have been a patient here since 2014. The staff are friendly the therapist here are very knowledgeable and service has always been great. The place is always clean as well I've been to the location off 104 Ave and the one near Surrey Memorial Hospital as well. I highly recommend this clinic."

If we've learned anything this year, it's how much our connections to our loved ones mean. The holidays are going to look a little different this year, but don't let that derail your enjoyment of the season. Instead of endless holiday events, use this time to connect with the people who mean the most. Drop off cards or care packages to those in your area, and schedule a phone or video call with anyone further away.... And remember, there's always someone out there who's thinking of you.

Set yourself up for success. Having a good ergonomic set-up isn't just good for your physical healthit can also boost your feelings of productivity. Here are some tips on how you can change your remote working set-up for better health in body and mind:... Your head should be vertical to your neck. Long-term, this means laptop users should consider mounting their device on a laptop riser and using an external keyboard and mouse. Extend your arm and hand forward to lay them flat on the table so they're flush and there's no hinge at the wrist. Find a posture that allows you to see the screen while sitting back in a way that provides lower back support. If you don't have an ergonomic office chair, try putting a cushion, pillow or towel behind your lower back for support. Take a short break every 20 minutes where you stand up, stretch out and move a little. Movement can help improve circulation, comfort and performance.
