Crews continue to clear trees that have fallen across trails from the windstorm. Many of the trails are blocked by trees, please use caution and avoid areas where crews are working. We hope to have the trails cleared soon. Thank you.

Today is the start of deer hunting in the County Forest, east of County Road 45 only. Trail users are encouraged to wear blaze orange. Hunters must park at authorized trailheads only. The OPP, Conservation Officers, County By Law Officers and K9ine Security will be out on patrol. Stay safe.

Due to unsafe icy conditions the Beagle Club trails will remain closed until further notice. All other trailheads are open but please use extra caution and consider wearing icers on the trail. We apologize for the inconvenience.

We are expecting timber harvest operations to begin in the Beagle Club area on Thursday, January 9th. All Beagle Club trails west of Beagle Club road will be closed Monday to Friday.
