Our closed door policy is still in place to continue to protect our community. We are taking patients by appointment only. If your pet needs to be seen please call us at 905-264-6085 or email us at [email protected] and we will try to see you as soon as possible. Upon arri...val, call us and one of our staff dressed with gloves, a mask and a lab coat will come to your vehicle in order to bring your furry family member into our facility for treatment or/and service. We will call you with any results and treatments, take payment over the phone, then bring your pet back to you in your vehicle. If you need to pick up supplies, we are still able to take orders. Please call us to place your order. Upon pickup we will take payment over the phone and bring it out to your vehicle. We are currently cleaning our facilities every 4 hours with antibacterial & antiviral cleaning products. We ask during this time that if you have travelled, been in contact with someone who has COVID-19, been exposed to Pearson Airport, or feel unwell that you please arrange someone else to come to our facility. If it is a true emergency, you have experienced any of the above and cannot make other arrangements please call us to make the safest transfer possible. How our shaggy friend Sampson is coping without grooming during this time! What a trooper As per the Ontario government, we can still offer medical services but all grooming has been considered a non essential service. We will keep you posted when this changes & can’t wait to see all your extra fluffy pets for grooming again!

Ticks can carry Lyme disease, a serious illness for pets and people. As the weather warms up, be sure to inspect your pet after a trip outdoors - ticks are commonly found around the head, neck, ears and paws. If you haven't picked up your parasite prevention yet, call your veterinarian.

#DYK: Ticks become active when the temperature is above freezing. Even if the weather is cool, be proactive and check both yourself and your pet for ticks to ensure one of these tiny parasites hasn't hitched a ride.
