The British thermal unit (BTU or Btu) is a unit of heat; it is defined as the amount of heat required to raise the temperature of one pound of water by one degree Fahrenheit. Here's the measurement of BTU's coming through a window in South Surrey recently coated with SketchNano Thermal coating. Before is on the right, after is on the left. We're happy to report that the coating has made the living space far more livable.
Our Y2K gift to our clients. We kept a bottle for ourselves, but now we're afraid to open it! Champagne vinegar for our 2020 salads? Happy New Year everyone!
Who needs dinner anyway? What we really needed was a space to (try to) plot out our crazy upcoming season!
Beautiful patio pavers installed by Richard, late last fall
A little trip to see these guys today. Picking up some samples for a client with big spring plans. Have you seen their sample wall? Huge selection and they're a nice, family run business.
And we have the perfect sealer for them! We can increase your solar intake by as much as 3%
Guess where Madi's been?!
How would you rate your pressure washers? Do they go all the way? We treat every job like we're prepping to seal. Don't settle for less!
Did you know we also seal new concrete?
We only operate in minor miracles.....before and after. .....WOW!
Have you met Stella yet? She's the newest member of the NWSC team and she does AMAZING work!
Making the Christmas card list and realizing that we had more than 25 customers so far this year and have another 20+ complimentary businesses who referred us to their customers or worked along side us. So grateful to all of them for a great 2015!

Yikes! No Seymour, I have no idea why the pavers won't drain!
"He (Richard) has vast knowledge and experience from being in the masonry trade, combined with his continuing passion to research masonry cleaning and protection, has contributed to his expertise in providing the best maintenance services for stone, stucco, concrete and tile surfaces."
Today we're going to spend some time working on our business instead of in it. Quite the distinction to get your brain around, but something we don't do enough. Hope we learn lots of new things that will help us to take this up a notch.
This week, Richard is working on replacing a tile countertop. Don't forget, we also have 35+ years of masonry experience, so we can handle those pesky masonry repairs that come up.
