#RoadtoRealEstate Extremely happy to have passed Simulation 1! An intensive week full of role plays, scenarios based questions and application of Course 1 - 3 learning. As of 2020, the real estate licensing process switched platforms to Humber College, previously OREA. I am personally very glad Humber has added the Simulation sessions as it gives students opportunities to better prepare and understand the concepts, which is a positive for industry as a whole.... Grateful to have spent the week learning with 26 likeminded students from across Ontario and develop connections for the future Got the opportunity to go into detail on the pre offer, offer and post offer phase Two steps away from being licensed, stay tuned
