Mid summer rain is beautiful, but the harsh dry summer still does a toll on your lawn. That's why fall aeration is the best time to open up the ground to allow air, water and nutrients in (fertilization), as well as overseeding. We know it seems wrong to discuss September in July, but we are booking fall aeration for September now. Most lawns are $40 in town.
