In 2013, Bill and Natalie Kennedy (our owners) personally funded docks at the Longbow Lake boat launch for everybody who uses the launch and the lake to enjoy. ... Unfourtunately, over the years, these docks have been damaged, misused and mistreated. In all previous cases, Bill and Natalie have taken the money out of their own pockets to repair and maintain the docks in hopes that people could continue to use them. This weekend was the final straw. The Kennedy’s had a boat and motor tied to the docks, and somebody has helped themselves to the motor, untied the boat and left it float into the lake. We regret to inform everybody who has enjoyed and respected the docks at the Longbow Lake boat launch that the Kennedy’s will be removing their docks this season.
