Get Over Myself I’m frequently reminded: That it’s also your road to drive on and your right to voice an opinion.... My turn to hold the door, be polite and smile. Your turn to talk... or complain. My turn to say thanks or compliment your appearance. Your turn to cry, to scream, to fight. My turn to breathe deeply, and forgive a transgression.... Your turn to struggle and battle and hide.. My turn to just allow whatever happens to be ok and.....Be.....just be! It’s time to get over myself.....And enjoy the dance! Love, Papa

Always a Choice When you learn to be grateful for the screaming in your head, know that peace is before you. Each action is a prelude to the next and you need only be aware of the one you presently experience.... For you are being led through the darkness, kicking and screaming, smiling and laughing. Of course each moment reflects a shadow of the past but as you stand on the threshold of the very next one, you can choose again. So know that Peace is always a choice, when gratitude is proclaimed! Would That I Could Day after day a constant parade drifts effortlessly past my eyes, in a dazzling display of awareness. Whilst I often dally over trivial details of moments past or those that never will be.... Would that I could pause more in the now to feel the truth at hand. For each is given a measure to hold, then set upon the path. And glory reigns upon all the same, only the perspective changes. Would that I could give thanks each day for the bundle upon my back. And take but a moment to enjoy the experience that unfolds before me now. Life passes by with ever increasing speed as busy becomes my track. Yet nothing will change unless I agree to be thankful in the now. Ahhhh....Would that I could, sigh, would that I could... Love, Papa
