Happy New Year!!!!!! Hoping you all had a wonderful, safe and uneventful Christmas and New Year. Please be mindful that donation centers are closed until further notice. You can still donate small appliances, pots and pan, bedding/linen, silverware, and furniture to The Niagara Furniture Bank. Please call to ensure what is needed and their donation hours. You will receive a generous tax receipt. The rest of your items, please hang onto them until the donations centers are open. If you drop items off at the stores when closed all those items will have to be disposed of as they will it outside and be contaminated. Let us know if you have any questions or need any help. Sadly a 90 something year old lady was removed from her home for her health and well being. I was called in To help the family. It was a far bigger job than I anticipated but with some help from my family I was able to get it done. Many, many hours and many,many, many, many bags of recycle later we could see the walls and floors and the actual donatable items in the home. Check this out.

Some before and after a of student rental clear outs. I still (after doing this for years) can’t understand how they just leave all their stuff!!!!

Welcome one and all. I am hosting a garage sale for a client. Everything must go. Please message for address, I will be at the house Friday 10:30-3 and Saturday 8-12 Most of the items are in the garage and will be allowing 3-4 people in garage at a time. With 2-3 in house through kitchen and dining room. Masks must be worn. I will accept all reasonable offers and will give a deal on bundles or multiple purchases.
