We would like to thank you all for your patience and understanding during our temporary closure and as we prepare to re-open. We anticipate our office will be gradually re-open in June. Niagara On The Lake Dental is temporarily closed effective Monday, March 16th. Our closure is based on the recommendation sent out on the evening of March 15th by our licensing body, the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario, which stated that all dental offices in Ontario should immediately stop providing elective dental care to help prevent the spread of COVID-19. The closure will be re-evaluated in the first week of April. All scheduled appointments for the rest of M...arch are cancelled. We will be contacting you over the next week or so to reschedule. Emergency Dental Appointments will be available by appointment only for patients who have a true dental emergency (Infection with pain and/or swelling or trauma) Please call the office to schedule an emergency appointment. The office will not be open to walk-in patients. Please note that we are not able to treat emergency patients with the following: 1. Fever and/or onset of (or exacerbation of chronic) cough 2. Travel outside of Canada within 14 days 3. Come into close contact with a confirmed or probable case of COVID-19 within 14 days 4. Come into close contact with a person with acute respiratory illness who has travelled outside of Canada with 14 days 5.
