Raspberry Chia Seed Jam . No sugar added! Simple, easy, and delicious jam you can use on anything! : Ingredients: ... 2 cups frozen raspberries or any other kind of berries 15 grams chia seeds 10 grams Manuka honey . Add raspberries to a small pot. Cook the raspberries on medium low heat, stirring frequently. Once they have thawed and jo longer frozen turn the heat up to medium high and use a potato masher to mash the fruit! Stir in the chia seeds and honey. Bring the jam to a boil reduce and simmer. Simmer, uncovered for 8-10 minutes, stirring frequently. Once jam has thickened remove from heat. It will continue to thicken as it cools. Transfer to mason jar, let jam cool completely before storing it in the fridge. Enjoy on toast, muffins, oatmeal, cottage cheese, yogurt or even ice cream! .
