World Kindness Day (should be everyday) Especially important with everything going on in the world, to be kind to each other. Creativity + Caring - kindness is free. Perhaps it’s being creative for a loved one to show how much you care about them. The funny thing about kindness is, it releases oxytocin in yourself and who you are doing the act of kindness for - How ever, it doesn’t stop there - it’s shown that oxytocin is released in others witnessing the act of kindness -... So, kindness is Contagious! Perhaps it is taking care of a neglected animal or an elderly person who needs company. Kindness is nonnegotiable and is very contagious! It’s no secret that I hold our military veterans very close to my heart. I cannot thank you all enough and I am truly thankful/grateful for every single one of you. I have had this respect since I was a child as my grandfather served in WWII. I could not be more proud of that man! Unfortunately he is no longer with us and I still remember the last thing I said to him was thank you. He had a favourite bible verse Psalm 23 which I now have tattooed on my arm so I know he’s... riding with me. God bless him and every single one of our veterans past and present! Hooah Soldiers! If I may also sneak in how grateful we are for all of our first responders and all frontline workers - you’re truly appreciated more than you know! God bless!
