This treatment modality is available with Cherie - it's only 30 minutes! The purpose of this treatment is to reset nerve hypersensitivity. You will be encouraged to actively move during the treatment. Great for people who prefer a deeper style of massage and want to desensitize the pain they are feeling

Not a system of religious beliefs, Reiki is simply a relaxing treatment where natural healing vibrations are transmitted through the hand...s of a Reiki practitioner who acts as a conduit. Reiki can gently support the client and their healing process. Sound healing with Tibetan Bowls helps to re-calibrate the energy centers, chakras and to energize the physical body. The bowls create a beautiful sound that deeply relaxes the mind and a strong vibration that affects the physical body by releasing energy blockages. This helps to increase circulation once the tensions and blockages have been released. The high vibrations of the bowls also help to raise the client’s own vibration and energy. Combined with a calm and relaxing environment, this allows the nervous system’s fight or flight response to decrease, allowing the body and mind to naturally self-heal. It is helpful for many ailments - insomnia, depression, digestive pain, menstrual cramps, emotional release, muscle pain and arthritis.
