We are simply at a loss for words. ‘Thank You’ feels insufficient to express our deepest gratitude for the support you have given this past year. This year Nourish faced its biggest challenge since its inception. The enormous changes we had to undertake were only possible because we had all of you standing alongside us. Every donation of goods, time and financial aid ensured that we could continue to operate. And most importantly, it allowed us to strategize and execute a be...tter food program for the children of our school district. As difficult this year has been for all of us, this crisis has also shown us how we can show up for each other when things get tough. Through the long months of this pandemic, we have cried and laughed but most importantly, we have witnessed so much love and kindness. New partnerships and friendships have emerged out of this trying & challenging year. Every volunteer, farmer, foundation, business and the amazing folks at SD79 and the Starfish program, to you we say THANK YOU for your trust. Know that none of this would have been possible without your hard work. On behalf of the board and myself, we wish you all a peaceful and safe holiday season. HELP WANTED! Are you looking for a way to give back to your community? We are looking for volunteers to help with our weekly packing and distribution out to sch...ools. We are currently creating and distributing 300+ packs per week on Wednesday mornings at Nourish Cowichan (Ecole Mt Prevost) to 17 Schools in School District 79.
