Winter kale-beet-pineapple salad. Disorganized but delicious. Kind of like my life right now. #delicioustho So I was going to post something back in March but then I was scrolling away and got overwhelmed by Coronovirus updates and took a hiatus from media and then felt uninformed and disconnected so then I started to post something again but I thought it was more important to connect with a few friends but then my toddler got into the Tupperware again and then I really neede...d a nap and then we opened a business in the middle of a recession but then I had to recharge and cuddle that toddler every chance I got and then felt like I needed to get back to sharing nutrition information on the blog but then I could only spend my wee hours connecting with the clients I already had and then felt like deleting all my social media app after watching a documentary or two but then just chilled out and accepted where I am and what I have built and WHO I AM. #everyday In all seriousness, anyone else have this distracting, disorganized train of thought? We certainly don’t have it the worst in having access to all this information, but it can get to be too much at times. God bless you, with whatever your struggle is right now!
