. I have hit my lowest weight ever! 12 weeks transformation for my client! ... Starting weight 172.2. End weight 158.6 . This client came to me in August looking to get back to tracking with more consistency in her routine. She was a little hesitant to take on such a big commitment for herself during COVID with her career bringing on so much stress. BUT she absolutely crushed the 12 weeks! . She is one of the hardest working ladies I know. If you know her you know why! She has lost over 200lbs! Now she is waiting for her skin removal surgery. I am so thankful to help this lady on her journey, break through milestones and accomplish goals! . She has a stressful job so keeping her home life stress low is important. We incorporated lots of self care practices. Reducing her inflammation was also very important. . I don’t regret taking on this big commitment one bit. I have appreciated the accountability and have learned so much! . She also enjoyed weekly free meals. She had anything she was craving from potlucks with friends, to burger and fries and ice cream with her parents. . Her calories intake on training days is 2250 with 290g of carbs. We increased her carbs by over 100g over the course of the 12 weeks - AND she lost weight, body fat and tightened up! . Less isn’t always better. Our bodies need nourishment and deserve to be well fed! . Lifestyle approach and flexibility is possible for weight loss. We are taking December off, then we are starting backing up in January! So proud of you hun! . Swipe to see more photos and her consistent healthy weight loss over time. 1-1 custom nutrition coaching available - DM me or click the link in my bio! . Etc. 1 1/2 cups pumpkin puree. 1 tbsp olive oil. 1/2 tsp cinnamon, 1/4 tsp sea salt, 1 tbsp pumpkin spice. 1 tsp baking soda. 1 tsp vanilla. : Preheat oven to 350. Lightly grease your pan. Combine all dry ingredients in a medium bowl. Combine all wet ingredients in a large bowl, mix until thick. Add dry ingredients to wet bowl. Do not over mix. Pour batter into your prepared pan. You can top with pumpkin seeds, walnuts, cacao nibs - your choice! Bake for 50-55 minutes or till toothpick comes out clean. Let cool before eating. . Roasted chickpea and kale chicken salad with sweet mustard dressing . I had some left over kale I wanted to use up, this salad was a great low carb day meal. Healthy, full of flavour and nutrients. ... First you want to make sure you massage the kale with some lemon juice and olive oil. This will soften it and make it more enjoyable to eat. Rinse and roast chickpeas - my recipe for roasted chickpeas is on my story highlights. Add veggies and extras of choice. I added a few roasted yams, cucumbers, crushed almonds. . For the sweet mustard simply take some mustard, small amount of water and add stevia to sweeten it, mix together, drizzle over salad, enjoy! #nutritionfacts #fitnessmotivation #coach #positivevibes #nutritioncoach #nutritionist #delicious #healthylifestyle
