Osu, it’s so nice to be able to get back in the dojo and do what we love!! We hope that Corona Virus Situation gets better for all of our Kyokushin friends around world and they be able to get back in their Dojo and train!!

Osu, I’m very proud of my son Sensei Kayhan. He did our zoom class tonight . I have been dealing with severe sciatica pain for almost 10 weeks now. Last week was very bad I think I pushed it to hard and the pain start to increase, pain got to the point that I couldnt sleep at all my right leg would get tingly and numb. Went to the emergency room and the doctor indicated that my piriformis muscle has a very bad spasm and it’s holding my sciatica. It was the worse uncomfortable pain I had. I have been taking 4 different medication and resting. it’s better but still I have a few more week to go to get in full recovery.

Osu, Join Shihan Moji on Saturday 10 am Pacific time , 2 pm Atlantic time for karate class . Looking forward to see everyone and train together!! Psi
