We’re excited to pilot an innovative technology to incorporate specialty polymers derived from recycled plastic waste in two asphalt pathways at our construction site in Ontario. Working with Green Mantra Technologies, a Canadian clean technology company, the walkways incorporate recycled plastic content equivalent to over 113,000 plastic bags. #Innovation #PlasticsCircularEconomy #advancedrecycling

NOVA Chemicals actively invest in the well-being of our communities. To further our commitment to science and education, we have sponsored the Tour Your Future program at the Carnegie Science Center. The program provides girls ages 1117 the opportunity to discover STEM careers by offering immersive, hands-on experiences and site tours, while engaging with female STEM professionals. In the last two years, NOVA Chemicals has completed two projects that reduced our greenhouse gas (GHG) emissions.
