HAPPY NEW YEAR As we reflect on 2020 and turn the page to 2021, I’m reminded that I’m not that fond of new year’s resolutions. There is a feeling of short lived zeal that often fizzles (at least for me). And I often feel a striving, like I should be seeking better, different, more than I currently have or currently am. I’m not saying I don’t like to reflect and set goals, I do. I just prefer to make reflection an ongoing practice, with equal attention to clarifying areas for ...growth as well as celebrating areas of strength. So over the coming year I invite you to follow our weekly pause and reflect post. Maybe a quote, maybe a storysomething to help you pause in the midst of your daily commitments and take a moment to reflect. A small moment for you. Cheers to 2021!
