Our Spring session starts this Tuesday. Jut some quick reminders: *All participants 3 and up entering NPGA must wear a mask. *All participants entering the facility must complete a daily health screening sheet. These sheets are attached to your registration email. We keep a minimal amount of forms at the main door incase you forget. If you are unable to print forms please let us know and we will supply you with a packet. *We use a one directional flow when entering and e...xiting the facility. Your coach will let you know which exit door the class will exit from *All participants must use hand sanitizer when entering, ,between rotations and when exiting NPGA. NPGA does supply hand sanitizer but we recommend sending a small bottle of sanitizer with your child especially if they are sensitive to sanitizers etc. *Socks are required by all participants, please send clean socks (grippy or none grippy) *We must maintain a 3m distance at this time from all participants and staff *There is no spotting at this time, spotting is for safety/emergency only. All skills are being taught through drill progressions *Due to NPGA being a locked facility we are unable to accept late arrivals. Please arrive 5 minutes early so that you are prepared when the coach comes to the door for the class. The coach will only be at the door for as long as it takes to bring the class inside. Classes move out of the lobby quickly and in to their gym space after removing their shoes *To help keep costs low we have a small turn around time between your child's class ending and the next one starting. In that turn around the coaches are required to spray their gym space with disinfectant and wipe door knobs etc. Please ensure you are on time for class pick up as a late pick up effects the ability to correctly sanitize the gym space for the next class. We can't wait to see everyone this week and are excited to continue with all the fun we are having!!!

NEW SKILL ALERT!!! Anika has been working hard and has found her way to the allusive kip!!!! Congrats Anika!!!

We are very excited to be working hard to re-invent our camps to bring a fun and action filled camp to all of our participants. Classes will run with small class ratios and will follow our Covid Safety Plan. These classes will be action packed from the time our campers arrive to the time they leave. Campers are sure to head home tired! Classes will be available for ages 3 and up and camps will be grouped by age. Due to entry and exit requirements camp start and end times will be staggered.

NEW CLASS ADDED! PLEASE SHARE! PlayTime Tots (ages walking to 2 yrs) Thursdays from 1:15-1:55... Class ratio is 3 participants (and caregivers) to 1 coach. Participants will begin to develop fundamental movement skills such as jumping, hanging, climbing and rolling in a fun and safe environment. In this coach led class children work with their parent/caregiver within arm’s reach of them to help explore both gross and fine motor skills. Gru and his minion participated in the Halloween Pick a Path event that took place in Fort St John yesterday. Thank you to City of Fort St. John Recreation and Fort St. John Public Library for an amazing event! We saw many families and we hope they all managed to catch the candy thief and save Halloween!!!!
