Since we opened business 2 years ago . This 5kg drum roaster has turned out on average a 3-5kg batches of coffee a week. It’s small scale alongside some but we like it this way. It’s personal. We get the privilege of a relationship with our customers and are just so thrilled when we get a reoccurring one. 2020 may have been a dumpster fire year in many aspects but Y’all are throwing craft coffee at home and becoming your own baristas so if we learned nothing else (lol) that’s... a ray of sunshine to lead 2021.
