Revisit the taste of summer with this easy and quick dessert! It gets top marks for being a low in saturated fat (for a dessert anyway) and for including raspberries, which are a great source of fibre and high in antioxidants: https://bit.ly/39em9nH

The Arthritis Program in Newmarket, ON gave Carrie Barnes her life back. With it scheduled to be closed in January, Carrie is fighting to save the program for herself & for others. https://bit.ly/2UGMm7E. We urge @celliottability & @SouthlakeRHC to work with all stakeholders to save this lifechanging program. Loss of access to care for people living with arthritis is always a concern.

Canadians shared touching messages with us this summer when we asked them to tell us how arthritis affects them. We're working hard to grow awareness of the often devastating challenges of this disease.

A group of medical students from Memorial University decided to tackle quite the challenge! They've been running up Signal Hill in St. John's, NL, every day, for the month of November, to raise awareness and funds towards Arthritis Society's research and programs. This cause was particularly important for Claire Neilson (left), who's been living with juvenile idiopathic arthritis for many years. We salute the courage and determination it takes to face this challenge, especia...lly considering the sub-zero temperatures of recent days! Here's a sneak peak of our year-end campaign we want to share with you! From the simple act of getting dressed in the morning, to the special moments we should all enjoy, pain-free, at this time of year, arthritis impacts everyday life and Canadians with the disease are struggling.
