Flashback November 2015: Sensei Golz, Technical Director for Nova Scotia, was awarded the rank of Shichidan (7th degree blackbelt) and title of Kyoshi following an intensive examination before Sensei Higashi. Also promoted were Robert McInnis (NB), Germain Bisson (QC), Romualdo Ferri (ON), and David Smith (ON).
