Last evening I shared a post about haddock coming from China. Although I did not take the picture or write the original post, someone commented on my share that I should not speak negatively about the competition. So I just wanted to be clear that I shared the post so that people would be aware to check labels when purchasing seafood. I did not mention the competitors name in my comments when I shared it.. Putting down another company was never my intent. I have removed my share of that post in good faith. Enjoy the beautiful day!

I am so pleased Janice Nieforth that you are enjoying your scallops. We enjoyed ours this past week too. The frozen scallops are excellent!

This was supper last night - we pan fried 5 lbs of fresh haddock and 2 lbs of frozen scallops. I have a double sized cookie tray and we had it two layers thick with breaded haddock and scallops. Fed a small army! The scallops covered the palm of my hand. It was so good!
