Another custom display shelf for a happy customer! You’re looking at a cookie display shelf, with a chalkboard sign. When you have a picture but you want to change this and this and this to perfectly suit your needs, I’m your man. Custom work at fair pricing is what I do. Drop me a line if you’re interested in having something made for you! And of course, if you think this is awesome, comment below, and like and share this post! And you know what? YOU’RE awesome!

Custom display shelves. When you pull a kind of like this picture, but change this and this and this, I’m your man. This unit was nothing like the original picture, but was made exactly to the customer’s specifications. At my suggestion we added a sliding door to the rear to make a small storage space. As a point of pride I’d like to point out that there are NO exposed fasteners, and take a look at the seams where the wood joins. No gaps. And that’s with 13 separate pie...ces (not including the 4 pieces that comprise the sliding door). Why would you settle for less? I certainly don’t. So if you’re interested in getting something made for yourself or your business, give me a shout. Custom work at fair prices is what I do. Leave a comment below letting me know what you’d display on a shelf like this. And of course, if you like and share this post I’ll think you’re more awesome than those who don’t! Be awesome!

Work in progress.... a Little Library (chartered!) for a patient customer. :) Pure white and a custom blue that I mixed to match a colour sample that was provided. Turned out perfectly. 25 tall at the front, 20 tall at the rear, 20 wide. Interior is 17 wide and 19 tall at the back, with a shelf at 11.5 from the bottom. ... Drop me a line if you want to provide your neighbourhood with a wonderful community operated resource! Or if you know someone who was thinking about putting up a Little Library, share this post with them!

Hey people out there looking to buy from woodworkers! I'd like to offer you some advice. It's a bit of a read, but it's worth it for you...and your woodworker. 1. Make sure your item isn't being made from fresh wood. Here in Manitoba, regardless of the season, wood should spend at least 2 weeks in the workshop "acclimatizing". Otherwise it's likely that your item will warp. 2. Look at the joints/joinery. Look for gaps at edges and especially where angles meet. Look for uneve...Continue reading

Pro Tip: if you get cyanoacrylate glue (a.k.a. Krazy Glue) on your skin, make sure it is COMPLETELY dry before scratching your nether regions.
