On December 10th, 2019, SPCA Enforcement Officers rescued 35 dogs. Not long after, 3 pregnant mamas gave birth to 18 pups bringing the total to 53 puppies and dogs. Bindi was one of the babies. Being the smallest pup, Bindi had an uphill battle. She needed extra care and support to change her story from one of heartbreak to hope.
