A few notes on today’s IGTV; I ended up using the Barre out of habit But you can definitely use a chair at home. The barre isn’t there to hold tightly... it requires a feather touch. Engaging your core is what should stabilize you Since it only allowed me to upload 15 minutes; I only recorded one si...de- be sure to repeat all exercises on the second side as well! In the first barre series (Battements brush to lunge); be sure to do at least 8 of those before pulsing to lunge. I forgot to mention in the video!
