To our amazing clients, We are asking yet again, for your patience and understanding during this third lockdown. Until further notice, the salon will be closed. We will be reaching out to clients with booked appointments during this time to reschedule. We have been doing everything we can to keep our salon a safe environment for you and will continue to do so. This is a difficult time for all of us but we will get through it together. To our loyal and valued clients: In our continuing effort to ensure the health and protection of our clients and ourselves, the following changes have been made to our business: -Clients are required to pre screen prior to their appointment -Clients must wear a mask before entering the salon and at all times while in the salon-please bring your own mask that wraps around your ears (please be advised your mask will get permanent hair colour on it)... -Clients must use hand sanitizer upon arrival and during appointment -Nina and Ula will not be working at the same time -We are not accepting new clients -There will be only one client at a time in the salon-please do not bring anyone with you -If a child has an appointment, 1 parent may accompany them -We will no longer provide magazines at this time -No food or drink is allowed in the salon -There will be no waiting area in the salon -Please do not arrive early. Wait in your car until 5 minutes prior to your appointment-we will open the door for you -Please do not arrive late to your appointment as timing is crucial for scheduling and sanitizing -Waxing will no longer be available at this time -If you are sick, have any symptoms, have been exposed to anyone who is sick or travelled within the last 14 days, you must reschedule your appointment. The health and safety of our clients is our priority. We have always practiced the proper cleaning and disinfecting of the salon and our tools as required by the London and Middlesex Health Unit.
