Submissions are still pouring in for our "Who Knit Ya?" contest and they continue to impress! Remember, our photo contest is open to all NCC members who wish to submit one photo each of a 'made in NunatuKavut' item. Photos are not limited to knitted goods, as we've received many images of wearable crafts using beautiful seal skin, duffle and other materials!

ATTN HUNTERS! This is a final call for applications from NunatuKavut hunters to harvest moose in Gros Morne National Park and Paradise River.

As part of our COVID-19 response, we have held numerous Cultural Mental Wellness Events throughout NunatuKavut these past months. Recently, we completed several workshops in the Upper Lake Melville area. Here are some participant photos from our Seal Skin Mittens and Snowshoe Making workshops! A special thank you to all who participated and our appreciation to our instructors. There is no shortage of talent in NunatuKavut!

We are excited for the premiere of Ethan Angnatok's "Sightless Birds" music video, the winner of the LFC Shield Project's virtual youth performance show held in August. Our NunatuKavut Youth Community Engagement Project team used their awesome creative and technical skills to produce his video. IT showcases the incredible talent of this youth from Nain. Congratulations to all!

We received quite a few entries to our "Who Knit Ya?" contest throughout the day and we are loving it. There are so many talented crafters in NunatuKavut, and this may just be the tip of the iceberg!
