***Nurture Her is HIRING*** . We are looking for that special someone who loves the pelvis as much as we do!!! . At Nurture Her, we are known for our services in pelvic health physiotherapy, but all of our team members strive for so much more when it comes to women’s health. We have built our practice on the ideals of the 3 E’s:.... . EDUCATE: Our physios are some of the best in the biz, and one of our superpowers is how we strive to bring the newest and best information about physical health to our clients. We are always learning too! There is so much knowledge to learn and share. Historically, information about women’s health hasn’t been talked about, but we want to talk about it! We’ll help you navigate the weeds too! . EMPOWER: Armed with the best info, we then strive to help our patients find the path to their best physical health. We like to act as the flashlight, helping to illuminate your path as you journey into motherhood and beyond. A woman’s body is AMAZING. We want to banish suffering and help you to feel empowered about your physical body. Incontinence, pelvic organ prolapse and pelvic pain are common but you don’t have to suffer with them. We can help. . ENRICH: By educating and empowering our clients with knowledge and confidence and strength building, we hope to help enrich the lives of all women - especially mothers and parents. Strong mothers and parents help build strong families which in turn help build strong communities..If you are a pelvic health physio and this post is speaking your language, we’d love to connect more with you about opportunities at Nurture Her. You can see our job posting on the Physiotherapy Alberta website, or you can reach out directly to us through our website or [email protected]. Mentorship is also available and we have a fabulous team! . . . . . . #YEG #yegmom #pregnancy #birth #mother #pelvicfloor #diastasisrecti #incontinence #pelvicorganprolapse #fitmoms #womenshealth #momlife #yegmoms #laboranddelivery #prolapse #prenatal #theworldneedsstrongmoms #physio #fitmom #momfit #birthprep #childbirth #childbirthpreparation #jobs #hiring #pelvis #pelvicmafia See more

#SexualHealthAwarenessMonth . We love this photo because it perfectly encapsulates how sexual health spans such a broad spectrum. Sex can mean... something different for everyone, depending on where they are at in their sexual journey. . These tools symbolize both pleasure and pain. Some of them are used for pleasure with oneself or with a partner/partners, while some of them are used as tools in pelvic health physiotherapy to overcome pelvic pain. . Some people are able to enjoy pain-free sex, while some people suffer from pelvic health conditions including Vaginismus, Vulvodynia, Dyspareunia, and Endometriosis, that can make intercourse painful or impossible. . This #SexualHealthAwarenessMonth we're here to help break the stigma surrounding such sexual health issues. If you suffer from pelvic pain during sexual activity, we want to assure you that you're not broken and you're not alone. . Consider seeing a pelvic health physiotherapist who can take a biopsychosocial approach to your condition and provide you with effective treatment methods. . Wherever you may be in your sexual health journey is OKAY. We're here to help you overcome the obstacles that are preventing you from leading a sexually fulfilling life. . #sexualhealthawarenessmonth #sexualhealth #sexualhealthawareness #sex #pleasure #pelvicpain #pelvichealth #vaginismus #vulvodynia #dyspareunia #endometriosis #endo #painfulsex #painwithsex #health #dialator #pelvichealthphysiotherapy #pelvichealthsolutions #phs2020 #lifelonglearners See more
