We are still open for business but we have to make a few changes to do our part to keep the community and our customers safe. effective tomorrow, March 25 at 8am - we will not be allowing any customers into the store. Should you want to place an order for a part, please call the store and I will order your part for you. I can take payment in the form of e-transfer or credit card over the phone and I can bring your part to you at your car when you arrive to the store.... As for our in home service - it will remain unchanged. Our technicians are equipped with gloves and sanitizer and when service calls are being placed with the office, we will be screening to the best of our ability. For our safety and the safety of others, we have the right to refuse service if the technician arrives and someone in the home is sick. Please be honest when booking a service call, if your household is in quarantine, please let us know and we will gladly rebook your service call for when the quarantine is over. We want to keep our business open to make sure that our customers get their service but we wont be able to do this unless everyone does their part to help ensure that we are keeping everyone as safe as possible. Always make sure you are taking care of your dryer properly to ensure any accidents. Even if you clean the lint screen - some lint can still get past it and build up in the bottom of the machine

As of Jan 1, 2020, we will be increasing the cost of our service call to $85.00 All other fees will remain the same and the service call will still only be a one time charge. Anyone that is already booked will still be at $80.00 rate.... Unfortunately due to the rising costs in the market, this was a decision we held off making for a long time as we wanted to offer the best possible prices to our customers, but ultimately this is a decision we had no choice but to make. We look forward to many years of continued service with all of our fantastic customers.

PSA: As it is that time of year, please remember that we are doing whatever we can to make sure that we make it to your home to get your appliances up and running. In saying that - unfortunately mother nature sometimes likes to slow us down and makes situations that are beyond our control. Although you are provided a time frame for your service/repair - please keep in mind that if the roads are poor or the weather has taken a turn for the worst, it will cause delays in our s...ervice When the weather gets really bad and there is blizzards or freezing rain - we sometimes have to make the very difficult decision to keep our technicians off of the road for safety reasons - please keep in mind that we do not make those decisions easily, but we will not put our technicians in harms way and if it is deemed to be unsafe, then unfortunately we have to pull them off the road for the day Isn't winter just awesome??
