This densely fibrous psyllium flax bread is a bit complicated to makeAfter over-mixing and ending up with a lumpy lopsided loaf, I was frustrated and more than ready to give up, but I made myself take a second crack at it. The result was fluffy crusty bread with a rich nutty flavor, something like a whole wheat sourdough.
