Prepare your breakfast before going to sleep If your mornings are busy, use leftovers from the night before and simply reheat. 7. Have a quick 10-20 minute nap Research shows that taking naps of between 10-20 minutes can have a very beneficial restorative effect on the body and mind making it the ultimate way to create energy. 8. Add these super nutritious ingredients to your diet Fermented vegetables such as sauerkraut, kombucha, kefir, cultured butter, aloe vera, L-glutamine supplements, fiber, bone broth, cucumber and pro-biotics. 9.
