Day 4 Of my juice fast! I have been fairly low energy this weekend but feeling pretty good today! Hunger has diminished which is a plus! One thing I decided to do different on my fast is to include a miso broth and sauerkraut juice to help replenish my gut bacteria as well included a homemade nut milk. Doing a fast can be extreme but it is important to incorporate things that will make you stick with it! I am super excited to be starting my juice fast! I have done a few in my time and this time I am aiming to go 10 -14days. I will be doing the juice fast to help heal some digestive issues. I have planned my schedule to have very little work over the next 14 days, so I will be meditating, yin yoga going, and relaxing.
