Fresh and hot!! Spelt banana chia muffins Hoping kids won’t notice the chia!! Recipe: 1 cup spelt flour 3/4 cup large flake oatmeal ... 1/4 cup ground chia 3 large bananas 1/4 cup avacado oil 3 tbsp maple syrup/coconut sugar 2 eggs 1 tsp vanilla extract 1 cup plain Greek yogurt 1 tsp baking soda 1 tsp baking powder Add cocoa chip or nuts if desired Directions: purée bananas, add oil, sugar, eggs, vanilla, yogurt until light - add soda and powder to flour and add to mixture and mix Bake: 325 for 25min Makes 12-14 muffins Enjoy!!
