Our family has been spending many extra hours in the kitchen these days. One online course I can highly recommend is the Gluten Free Baking Academy. After nearly ten years of living in Canada I decided to embrace the Canadian way at last and bring my tea with me in the car..... Well after it spilled all over the car seat and burnt my legs I can truely say my chamomile tea was neither calming or helpful with to digestive system!!!!!

Tigernut flour - packed full of fibre and prebiotics! Tiger nuts are not actually a nut but come from a plant. Therefore, a great gluten & nut free baking alternative. I have been using this flour in place of almond flour in cookies and muffins with delicious results! Give it a try!

I am all about creating healthy habits! One new habit this year that I have incorporated into my daily routine is dry skin brushing. With the cold weather here in Alberta it has been amazing to see the benefits that skin brushing has already given to my skin. Dont forget to always brush TOWARDS your heart!
